My Mocha won an award at the Philippine Blog Awards 2

I would like to apologize to all my blogger friends if I wasn't able to post an update these past few days. My Balikbayan Ninang arrived from Australia and the family has been very busy.



Anyway, I'm very happy to announce that my entry on the Nokia Kaleidoscope of Connections Award won 2nd place! The prize is a brand new Nokia 6220 classic. Well actually, it was Jepoy's entry and I forced him he willingly gave the prize to me as a gift. Yey!!

Actually, I expected our entry to win because of the great acting skills of Mocha =) I'm serious. Hahaha! (watch the video above). I also would like to say congratulations to all the winners of the Philippine Blog Awards 2008. Congratulations to those who are really deserving.

A lot of issues have been raised concerning the Philippine Blog Awards 2 since I was gone. I would like to share my opinion especially with the concerns of my friend Rocky but I decided not to. For me, it is inappropriate to hop into their discussion since the awarding is finished. And the fact that I also won one of the categories being questioned. The guy who called Rocky an "effing idiot" is kinda funny. Read all about it here.

1. Jepoy - He is the reason why I'm into blogging right now. His blog is informative and you will learn a lot of things regarding technology, internet, gadgets and other interesting stuff.

2. Rio - I introduced her in the blogging world and now she enjoys it a lot. She is my best friend since elementary and a dentist by profession. Her blog amuses and entertain a lot of readers as she post some of her personal experiences. (almost everybody knows CPA :D).

3. Ifoundme - I met her through Rio. Her blog is inspirational to some as she writes the truths in life. You can also ask her for some advice :D.

4. The Dong - Visit his blog and you will feel that you've already traveled with him. It's because he posts photos of the places and happenings he'd been through. I envy him for traveling a lot :D.

5. Ate Kengkay - She lives with her husband and two little kengkays in Europe. Her blog consists of what is happening in her life with no other Filipino relatives. You will learn a lot about life in this blog. I think she is brave to stay outside the country.
