My sister's friend lent us one of her favorite animated movie entitled Cars. I am planning to watch it this week so I did a little research about the film.
This is a fast-paced comedy adventure set inside the world of cars. Fueled with plenty of humor, action, heartfelt drama and amazing new technical features. Starring Owen Wilson, Bonnie Hunt, Paul Newman, Larry The Cable Guy, Cheech Marin, George Carlin, Richard Petty, Michael Keaton, Tony Shalhoub, and John Ratzenberger
The story was about Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson), a rookie racing sensation whose life in the fast lane has left him little time for friends. On his way to what could possibly be the most important race in his young life, Lightning runs into some trouble with the law and finds himself forced to spend time in Radiator Springs, a tiny town located off of the legendary Route 66.
While carrying out his sentence, he gets to know Doc Hudson (Paul Newman), an older car with a mysterious past, and befriends a beat-up tow truck by the name of Mater (Larry the Cable Guy).
In the end Lightning's race engines had let him won the race and discovered that life is about the journey and not the finish line.
So, I guess I will be watching this movie anytime this week. =)

Big Love's 5 Steps
My best friend and I had a movie date yesterday, her treat! We first ate at KFC then proceeded to the movie house to watch "Big Love", a Filipino movie starring Toni Gonzaga, Sam Milby, and Kristine Hermosa
I will not narrate the whole story but instead, I'll share with you the 5 steps Toni Gonzaga's character (a gym's personal trainer) used with her clients.
Big Love's 5 Steps
Step 1 : Setting Goals - Start thinking of the things that you want to achieve in life that will make you happy.
Step 2 : Start Today! - Start doing something today to achieve your goal. Not tomorrow or next week. Today! or not at all.
Step 3 : No Shortcuts - Slowly but surely. Every goal is not easy to achieve. It takes time and effort to make things in their proper places.
Step 4 : Get Inspired - Having an inspiration will make things lighter and easier.
Step 5 : Be Happy! - Do not deprive yourself for something that can make you happy. =)
These are the steps that can guide us in life. If you fail in any step, you can always start back to Step 1 until you reach the last step. =)
Thanks again Rio for the treat! I'm sure Jep will tease us as jologs ;)).
