The right way to criticize...

>>> GIve the criticism in private. Don't embarrass or humiliate the receiver.

>>> Make certain that the receiver is paying attention and is emotionally ready to listen.

>>> Wait for the receiver to get over anger, hurt or confusion.

>>> Don't communicate in anger. Calm down.

>>> Reject the behavior, not the person. Focus on what was done rather than the person's role in it.

>>> Be clear and specific. Use actual examples.

>>> Probe for understanding with questions. Find out how he/she is taking your criticism.

>>> Give the criticism while the behavior is fresh in both your minds.

>>> Show understanding of and empathy for the receiver's situation. This will help win the receiver's trust.

>>> Avoid showing superiority in knowledge, power or insight. "I am better than you" should not be the message.

>>> Focus on behavior the receiver can change.

>>> Don't ascribe intent to the person's behavior. Saying "You don't want to do a good job" will just offend the person. Report on the behavior only.

Ways to make Woman fall in love with you...

>>> Call her. Tell her (truthfully) that you can't wait to see her again. Or call her just to say you were thinking about her.

>>> Offer her a backrub, without asking for one in return.

>>> Bring her a teddy bear and chicken soup when she's sick.

>>> Slow dance with her (not only on a dance floor).

>>> Bring her flowers for no reason.

>>> Always remember your anniversaries and bring her something sweet.

>>> Kiss her in a middle of a sentence.

>>> Tell her something about you that no one else knows.

>>> Remind her that you still think she's beautiful.

>>> Watch a sappy movie with her.

>>> Surprise her with a candle light dinner.

>>> Tell her you love her.

Eto isa pa... instant!

Look slimmer in an instant!
>>> Slouching adds pounds! Practice holding your chin and stomach in to improve posture and look thinner.

>>> Tight elastics produce bulges. The panty line is a prime culprit.

>>> A little looser (but not baggy) is always better.

>>> Keep your problem areas covered. For example, if your thighs are heavy, do not wear shorts.

Sa mga taong kagaya kong gustong magpapayat :D

Let's try this DIET TIPS... (nabasa ko lang :D)
1. Imagine that your favorite chocolate has cockroaches for ingredient.
2. Drink a big glass of water before a party. By quenching your thirst first, you can sip slowly on your party drink.
3. Make love. Sex, if you still didt'n know, burns calories.
4. Don't attempt any other activity while eating. If you habitually read or watch television while eating, you are likely to look for some food whenever you do either. Any activity that you learn to associate with eating can spark off a sudden desire for food.
5. Shop after meals. According to research, hungry shoppers buy more -- including food stuff. If you don't hoard food, you wouldn't be tempted to eat a lot.
6. Shorten your grocery stay. If you find yourself being tempted to purchase off-plan foods at the supermarket, limit the time you spend there.

:p:D

Pagod?!...

Hi again...

My blog's layout has been reformatted again. Thanks Jep. Mwah! Love you.

It's been months since i last visited my blog... it's because of my stupid internet connection... and those annoying bayantel...

Actually, their technician just visited us a while ago.. nothing happened. they still can't detect any problems in our phonelines (as usual). Until now, my connection is still unstable.

I'll tell the whole story some other time.

bye for now.
