Yummy Chocolate Facts

I'm a chocolate lover and has already blogged about several topics regarding chocolates, such as the Chocolate Flavored Items and Chocolate Bar Tetris. Currently, I'm into chocolate molding and making chocolate lollies and candies. I was planning on giving these lollies as Christmas gifts and at the same time profit from them too.

I admit! I am CHOCOHOLIC!

Now, time for me to share some healthy benefits of chocolates:

- Chocolate is a good source of magnesium, potassium and calcium. Chocolate acts as a natural anti depressant.

- Chocolate contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, which help in preventing cancer and heart diseases

- Phenyl ethylamine in chocolate enhances endorphin levels in the body

- Eat chocolate three times a month which will be able to add a year to your life

- As chocolate is lower in caffeine than tea, coffee and coca cola, it stimulates our brain and makes it to work active

- Chocolate contains Theo bromine, which enhances the nerve impulses faster

- Chocolate works like energy booster because chocolate consumption releases a chemical into the body. This chemical is similar to what is produced when you are in love.
